Our policy last 20 days , if 20 days have been gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item ( excepted undies) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and a Return/ Exchange/ Refund Request Form:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, it will not be refunded. Any items ( excepted undies) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be refunded.
For hygienic reasons, it is against the law to exchange/ return undies. Except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case we will organise an immediate replacement sent to you free of charge.
Nana's Room is most accommodating in terms of sizing but please check our Size Chart prior to purchase and if you are unsure, feel free to contact us : email@example.com and our team will happily assist you.
Refunds ( if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email for notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, with a credit will automatically be applied to your credit car/ original payment method, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds ( if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item purchased in Gift Voucher method. Any exchange/ returns/ refunds are not available.
Furthermore, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
